For Fine pieces, the 7 business day processing window still applies before expedited shipping kicks in.

Our pieces are backed by a 1-year defect warranty and a 3-year color guarantee. Lockset jewelry is built to hold up and keep its finish. Our Fine pieces are protected for life, including lifetime color coverage. If there’s ever an issue with materials or construction, we’ll repair or replace it. Coverage lasts as long as you own the piece. What’s not covered: lost items, normal wear over time, or damage from improper use or storage. Warranty is void if jewelry is altered or repaired outside of Lockset. Warranty covers repair or replacement of the jewelry only. Shipping fees may apply in some cases. Questions? We accept returns for refunds, exchanges, or store credit on eligible items within 28 days of your order date. Items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.
